About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our fantastic residential Lettings team at Shipways. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

What We Offer:

Competitive OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission, clear career progression, industry-leading training and development to become ARLA – NFOPP qualified, opportunities to compete for top achievers awards, company car or car allowance (depending on experience), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and book valuations

• Conduct property viewings

• Negotiate agreements

• Progress lets through to exchange and completion

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a sales person with experience in a target-driven environment, exceptional customer care/service experience, resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and hold a full UK driving license.
