About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled User-Centered Design Consultant to join our team at Informed Solutions. As a User-Centered Design Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our clients deliver innovative digital transformation projects that meet the needs of their users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that solutions are user-friendly and effective.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to inform design solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that design solutions are technically feasible and align with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices in user-centered design.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in user-centered design.
Requirements
  • Experience in user-centered design, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform design decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design tools and technologies, including Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work in a Agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
