Job PurposeYou will work with individuals who face mental health challenges that affect their ability to gain or sustain employment. Your role will involve managing a caseload of 20-25 individuals to help them secure paid employment that aligns with their preferences. You will deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach, providing personalized guidance and support while building relationships with local employers and stakeholders to facilitate employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver IPS services in a Secondary care setting, providing person-centered advice and guidance to individuals.
- Build positive relationships with local employers and stakeholders to enable individuals to move into suitable employment.
- Manage a caseload of 20-25 individuals, assisting them in securing sustainable paid employment.
- Experience in IPS delivery, preferably in a Secondary care setting.
- Proven experience of supporting individuals to obtain or keep work.
- Proven experience of meeting and exceeding outcomes and targets.
You will be working across South West Kent, with teams assigned based on service need. This role requires minimal home working, with 65% of time spent working in person in the community and embedding in clinical team sites.
