We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as an IPS Employment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with mental health challenges and/or employability issues to achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Assess clients' vocational functioning and develop personalized employment plans
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, employers, and partner agencies
- Provide guidance and support to clients in their job search and employment journey
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure clients are meeting their employment goals
- Education to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of best practice in mental health and employability services
- Experience of multi-agency partnership working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
