  • Document Control: Upload and manage documents for various projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication: Liaise with the site team, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Site Support: Provide occasional support to our site teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • IT Support: Utilize share files and trackers to manage documents and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative support, with a focus on document control and housing/construction industries.
  • Skills: Excellent IT skills, good organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
