- Proven experience in recruitment or account management, ideally within the marketing, digital, or creative sectors.
- A solid understanding of the marketing, digital, and creative industries, as well as familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and CRM systems.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for building strong relationships and ensuring the right cultural fit.
