You will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of our Japanese tour groups, ensuring seamless travel experiences throughout Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tour bookings and arrangements with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Allocate services and resources to meet tour requirements, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality services.
  • Monitor and control operational costs for the tour operations area.
  • Contribute to the preparation of data for budgets and financial planning.
  • Manage tour requirements, tracking and notifying changes, and ensuring accurate group space allocation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and fluency in Japanese.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK or Europe, or both, is required.
  • Previous work experience in the travel industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
