Work Experience Facilitator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Work Experience Facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting students as they develop essential employability skills and prepare for meaningful work experience placements aligned with their career aspirations.
- Deliver engaging 'Preparation for Placement' sessions to students, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence needed for successful work experiences.
- Track student progress meticulously, providing personalized guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Ensure accurate recording of all placement details, maintaining comprehensive records for future reference.
- Provide dedicated support to both students and employers, fostering positive relationships and ensuring a smooth placement process.
- Complete necessary health and safety paperwork, adhering to all compliance requirements.
This is a part-time role based at our Blackbird Leys Technology College.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with exceptional organizational skills and proven experience in multitasking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to deliver inspiring sessions to learners.
