This individual will be responsible for shaping and steering the strategic vision and revenue enhancement of the product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on customer needs - identify new opportunities and formulate a delivery plan.
  • Establish a network of engaged clients - leverage their insights for market intelligence.
  • Segment customer demographics and analyze job outcomes - utilize data to inform product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Uphold business values and commercial strategy - enhance the portfolio proposition to drive revenue.
  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle management.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team and broader business units to deliver outstanding product marketing.
  • Assess and refine campaigns to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Set performance indicators for the marketing team - motivate the team to achieve targets.
  • Ensure adherence to UK & EU packaging regulations.
  • Conduct pricing research to meet margin goals.
  • Assist the team in producing all marketing materials, including literature, brochures, compliance documents, and presentations.
  • Lead and mentor three direct reports.

To Be Successful:

  • CIM Qualified
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team effectively.
  • Industry experience in building materials, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability within a product category.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Financially literate, with prior budget management experience.
  • Proven track record of launching new products into the market.
