The school is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for long-term and full-time staff to work 1:1 with students. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to be part of a school that is constantly evolving and growing.
Key Responsibilities- Full-time position working 8:30-3:30, Monday to Friday during term time
- Providing 1:1 support to students with SEMH and ASC
- Implementing effective strategies to engage with students and manage challenging behavior
- Working closely with the support team and following instructions from teachers
- Previous school experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience working with special needs, either in a school setting, as a youth worker, or in a care environment
- Ability to manage and engage with students with SEMH or ASC
- Calm and empathetic approach towards children
- Strong team player with the ability to follow instructions and attainment goals
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
