Key Responsibilities:

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented sales professional specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Reporting to the Reading branch, your primary objective will be to drive business expansion. You will leverage your expertise and interpersonal skills to attract new clients while nurturing existing relationships, including regular site visits.

The Reading branch caters to a diverse clientele, ranging from retail to pharmaceutical sectors. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will offer these clients exceptional guidance and assist in designing HVAC systems tailored to their specifications, providing quotations and finalizing agreements.

Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers, and/or AHUs
- Experience in customer relationship management within the industry
- Strong technical knowledge of a variety of systems
- High financial acumen with the ability to manage substantial budgets and resources
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building robust business relationships with clients, suppliers, colleagues, and contractors
- Comprehensive understanding of and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365

Due to client safeguarding requirements, we conduct confidential criminal record checks for all roles involving customer site visits. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Advanced DBS Check with Barred Lists check, adhering strictly to the DBS Code of Practice and the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
