**Job Title: Support Worker**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, and surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to service users in all aspects of daily life, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide support and care to individuals with diverse needs, promoting their independence and dignity
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive team ethos
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
