About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Night Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse. As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception desk and handle basic administrative duties
  • Host in the restaurant and rooftop as needed
  • Perform guestlist responsibilities and be knowledgeable about the property and neighbourhood
  • Foster a 'home away from home' feeling for our members and guests
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy commercial reception desk
  • Previous experience working nights
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Passion for food and beverage
  • Flexibility to work varying shift times, including evenings, weekends, and opens & closes
