We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at KYN Bickley, a brand-new care home in Bromley. As a Nurse (Days), you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met with respect, integrity, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality direct nursing care to residents, including administering medication and monitoring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, reviewing and assessing residents in line with KYN's policy.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly routine medication processes, supervising the team to ensure safe administration.
  • Monitor and manage all documentation, ensuring compliance with NMC guidelines and legislation.
  • Provide clinical guidance to the Care Team and participate in CQC duties.
  • Create a nurturing environment where residents and their families feel loved, happy, safe, and secure.
About You
  • You will be a Registered Nurse (RMN / RNLD) with a valid and active PIN.
  • You will have experience working as RMN / RGN with a minimum of 1 year in a Health and Social Care setting.
  • You will have an excellent knowledge and understanding of professional standards for registered nurses, as outlined in The Code.
  • You will have experience in administering and recording medication, using medical equipment, and understanding safeguarding adults at risk.
  • You will be patient, able to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, and have excellent attention to detail.
