Role Purpose:
The primary objective of this position is to deliver outstanding service to clients through various communication channels, including phone and email.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our client offers a competitive salary of up to £24,000 P/A, depending on your experience. Additional benefits include:

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via telephone
- Performing office tasks such as database management and sorting correspondence
- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills
- Utilizing computer systems and internal software on a daily basis
