Contract Manager - Shopfitting and Internal Fit Out

CV Library is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team in Peterborough. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and control direct or subcontract labor.
  • Ensure projects are managed in a safe environment.
  • Formulate programs to reflect the contract period and monitor progress.
  • Control costs and maintain records of site variations.
  • Attend site meetings and briefings, reporting back to the Account Manager.
  • Ensure teams are properly trained and managed to work in a safe, quality-conscious, and effective way.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the shopfitting or internal fit-out industry is essential.
  • A full, valid driving license.
  • Commercial acumen and financial acuity.
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and manage numerous activities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and a flexible attitude towards all aspects of the role.
  • Maintain accountability for projects.
  • IPAF/PASMA (desirable).
