We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Anglian Water. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Contract Management and Contract Administration services across our @one Alliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discharge the ECC Project Manager actions across the Tier 1 Supply Chain.
  • Ensure the ECC Project Manager and ECC Supervisor actions delegated to Project Delivery roles are implemented effectively.
  • Manage effective change control ensuring Early Warnings are raised and Risk Reduction Meetings are held regularly with the delivery teams.
  • Ensure project deliverables are achieved and evidenced to support governance approval.
  • Manage Client project governance protocols.
  • Provide Contract Management support in the various programme boards and governance groups.

Requirements:

  • HND or Degree in construction/engineering/science subject.
  • NEC3 or NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
  • Highly capable and experienced in commercial management.
  • Demonstrable project management knowledge and experience in a design and construction environment.
  • Demonstrable working knowledge of the NEC contract and its application.
  • Experience of Team Management.
