Corporate Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join our Owner Managed Businesses Tax team at Johnston Carmichael. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical tax advice on a range of issues, including business reorganisations, exits, and family succession matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical tax advice on complex issues, including business reorganisations, exits, and family succession matters
- Support on delivery of tax due diligence assignments and manage a small corporate tax compliance portfolio of key OMB clients
- Collaborate with wider firm colleagues to deliver a seamless client experience, including those in Corporate Finance, VAT/indirect taxes, and Wealth
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate the impact of these changes to clients and colleagues
- Support and promote continual development of junior colleagues through training, coaching, and provision of timely developmental feedback
