Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax professional to join our Transaction Taxes team at Johnston Carmichael. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical tax advice on a range of issues, including mergers & acquisitions, exits, refinancing, equity raising, debt raising, and business reorganisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert tax advice on complex transactions, ensuring seamless delivery of tax due diligence assignments.
- Collaborate with our Corporate Finance, VAT/indirect taxes, Innovation Taxes, Entrepreneurial Taxes, and Wealth teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate the impact to clients and colleagues, ensuring our clients stay ahead of the curve.
- Support and develop junior colleagues through training, coaching, and timely feedback, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
