We are seeking a highly experienced Tax professional to join our Transaction Taxes team at Johnston Carmichael. As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Corporate Tax Manager, you will be at the forefront of our clients' ambitions, advising on the tax implications of a wide range of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical tax advice on mergers & acquisitions, exits, refinancing, equity raising, debt raising, and business reorganisation.
  • Support the delivery of tax due diligence assignments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate their impact to clients and colleagues.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through training, coaching, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • A highly experienced Tax professional, operating at Assistant Manager grade or above.
  • Relevant experience in corporate tax or private client tax advisory focused roles.
  • Experience of line management/coaching in an advisory setting is desirable.
