  • In-depth knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and design standards for highway upkeep.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet both long-term and immediate deadlines.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and techniques, with proficiency in various software systems.
