The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team as an Engineering Surveyor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing lifting equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including marine, agriculture, manufacturing, and power plants. You will be responsible for managing your own diary and traveling to different sites to conduct inspections and testing.

We offer a comprehensive training program, which can last up to 6 months, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. The Person

We are looking for a HNC level educated professional with experience of maintaining and servicing lifting equipment. You should have a strong understanding of mechanical principles and be able to apply this knowledge to develop new skills in a career-focused role.

Previous experience in inspection and testing, as well as knowledge of LOLER and PUWER, would be advantageous. However, we are open to candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

The Role

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing lifting equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards. You will work with a world-class team to identify and address potential safety hazards, and contribute to the development of our organization's safety culture.
