Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proactivity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering exceptional Business Rates advice to our clientele;
- Collaborate effectively within the team to ensure the Business Rates department achieves its annual goals and objectives;
- Adhere to our rigorous Professional Standards in all aspects of work;
- Commit to ongoing professional development by staying updated on Business Rates through training and conferences;
- Generate new instructions and fees to meet set annual targets;
- Maintain a strong professional presence and remain vigilant for business opportunities.
Qualifications / Education Required
- MRICS and/or IRRV qualification;
- A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in Business Rates;
- Valid Driver's License.
Personal Skills Profile
- Ability to identify opportunities for acquiring new clients and generating fee income across the South Wales region;
- Proficient in promoting the Partnership in a professional manner;
- Capable of developing and executing Business Development strategies in collaboration with the Regional Head and team members;
- A strong team player;
- Competent IT skills with knowledge of Riverlake, Analyse & Rates Data;
- Proven track record in the Business Rates sector.
