HR Business Partner Opportunity

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing an HR strategy that drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support generalist HR functions, including talent management, resourcing, reward, and employee engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders across various functions to drive business outcomes
  • Manage complex employee relations casework, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Support people leaders through employee relations matters and performance management processes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, with a strong generalist background
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and experience in managing complex employee relations casework
  • Confidence working in a stand-alone role, reporting into a central HR function
