Embedded Software Engineer Opportunity

Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join their team as they work towards the development of innovative products. The solutions you will be working on are real-life devices that contribute to sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software for embedded systems using C/C++ programming languages
  • Work with RTOS platforms, including FreeRTOS, to ensure efficient system operation
  • Implement communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, and RS485
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate software components using Git and SVN

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong industry experience in embedded software development
  • Hands-on experience with C/C++ programming languages
  • Knowledge of RTOS platforms and communication protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Any experience or knowledge of the following will be highly valued:

  • Unit testing methodologies
  • Python programming language
  • ARM Cortex microcontrollers
