Position Overview:

The Clinical Product Support Representative plays a vital role in advancing Stryker's Joint Replacement sector by promoting Hip and Knee solutions to Orthopaedic Surgeons while enhancing customer service and expanding existing accounts through technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest ethical standards, treating customers and colleagues with respect and representing the company positively.
  • Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the essential benefits and clinical applications of our products.
  • Customer Commitment: Demonstrate integrity and consistently meet commitments within established timelines.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with mentors to develop basic business plans, including daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate rapport with clients, understanding the significance of relationships in sales and employing open questioning techniques to identify customer needs.
  • Commercial Insight: Recognize the various stakeholders involved in decision-making and ask pertinent questions to identify them.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while prioritizing and executing necessary activities and customer support.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain existing customer satisfaction and collaborate with the Sales Team and other departments to ensure quality service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market observations to strengthen our position and analyze the assigned area continuously.
  • Technical Support: Provide front-line clinical and technical assistance to surgeons and hospital staff before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of sales experience with a diploma in a related field; higher education is advantageous.
  • Preferred background in medical fields or market knowledge.
  • Initial professional experience in sales of capital goods or consumables requiring explanation, or extensive experience in clinical settings.
