Position Overview:
The Clinical Product Support Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing Stryker's Joint Replacement sector by advocating for Hip and Knee products among Orthopaedic Surgeons and ensuring exceptional customer service while expanding existing accounts through technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

- Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate the essential benefits and clinical applications of our products.
- Customer Commitment: Deliver on promises with integrity and within specified timelines.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with mentors to create a basic business plan, with daily, weekly, and monthly activities planned in partnership with management.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients, understanding the significance of relationships in sales and utilizing open questioning techniques to identify customer needs.
- Commercial Insight: Recognize the various stakeholders involved in decision-making and ask pertinent questions to identify them.
- Performance Goals: Achieve sales targets aligned with annual objectives and key performance indicators.
- Customer Support: Prioritize and execute necessary activities to support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market observations to enhance positioning and analyze responsible areas continuously.
- Technical Expertise: Provide front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff throughout the surgical process.
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of sales experience with a diploma in a related field; higher education is advantageous.
- Preferred background in the medical field with market knowledge.
- Experience in sales of capital goods or consumables requiring explanation or significant experience in clinical settings.
