Position Overview

JLB is excited to announce an opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team within a prominent motorsport events organization.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Events & Operations and will be responsible for overseeing a variety of events, including track experiences and hospitality at prestigious racing events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of events across multiple projects within our product offerings.
  • Facilitating collaboration among internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
  • Overseeing travel arrangements and logistics as necessary for both clients and team members.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations for new project proposals.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in event coordination.
  • A proactive mindset with the capability to respond effectively to last-minute changes.
  • Confidence in organizing both high-end and intricate events.
