Role Overview:

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant within our Complex Care Division. In this role, you will be responsible for working day shifts in our South Kent area.

Your focus will be on providing dedicated support to a limited number of clients, allowing for a more personalized care experience. You will enjoy the benefits of a permanent contract and the possibility of overtime. We are particularly interested in candidates who are eager to commit to full-time hours, although part-time positions are also available.

Training and Development:

Upon joining us, you will receive paid training in a classroom setting, alongside paid induction shifts and continuous guidance from our team of nurses and supervisors. Additional paid training will be provided to cater to specific client needs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation ranging from £15.97 to £19.17 per hour
  • £31.94 per hour for work on bank holidays.
  • Paid mileage of 45p per mile for distances exceeding 20 miles from your residence.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical care experience, including PEG feeding, bowel management, and ventilation, with tracheostomy experience being advantageous.
  • Willingness to commit to a full-time contract.
  • Access to a personal vehicle is essential.
