Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Bristol North team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in matching our customers with the perfect vehicle, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
- Ensure accurate collection of customer contact and vehicle data, adhering to FCA and data protection obligations.
About You
- You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A valid UK driver's license is essential.
- Previous experience in the motor trade, automotive, or car dealership industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
