Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions

- Interpret customer concerns and comments to provide effective solutions
- Liaise with customers to keep them updated on the status of their service requests
- Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor is essential
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively
