We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Supervisor to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Night Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the efficient operation of the hotel during nighttime hours, maintaining high standards of security and customer service.
- Direct the Night Porter in setting up and cleaning meeting rooms, toilets, and public spaces, ensuring they meet business demands and adhere to deep cleaning schedules.
- Perform nighttime duties, including cleaning, night audit, reception duties, and setting up conference rooms, as required by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and quality service.
- Ensure all security measures are strictly enforced during the night, including cash handling and key security.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and guests, relaying information and messages as necessary.
- Contribute to maximizing profitability through increased revenue generation and productivity.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, reviewing guest feedback and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of excellence, adhering to operating standards and procedures, and Crowne Plaza brand standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, delivering a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Support other departments as needed, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to meeting customer needs.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
