Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Care Direct. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing complex care support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide all care needs, including personal care, to our clients
- Assist clients with medication and equipment as needed
- Accompany clients to appointments and maintain their safety at all times
- Maintain areas of clients' homes and vehicles to an acceptable level of cleanliness
- Check stock supplies and maintain adequate stock levels
- Organize clients' clothing, belongings, and equipment to their wishes
- Ensure clients' holistic wellbeing is supported at all times
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent care skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to work under your own initiative while maintaining confidentiality and respecting clients' wishes and activities.
Working HoursThis is a full-time or part-time role, with flexible shift patterns to be discussed during the interview. You will be working in the Woodford Green, Essex area, providing care support to our clients in their own homes.
