The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects, including mixed-use, industrial, residential, and commercial schemes.
  • Supporting junior project managers in their professional development.
  • Advising clients on programme, cost, and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients.
  • Involvement in the project delivery process from inception to completion.
  • Good working understanding of building technology, compliance, and defect diagnosis.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience.
  • A demonstrable understanding of project management with the ability to manage projects at any RIBA stage.
  • Experience in the use of MS Project and Asta Powerproject.
  • A successful track record in both professional and project-based work.
