The ideal candidate will have a history of running paid ads for social media campaigns and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage digital performance campaigns on social media marketing platforms.
  • Optimize and split test to find winning audiences that can scale and perform against client KPIs.
  • Work closely with the account management team to communicate with and manage clients.
  • Collaborate with the global head of optimization to ensure maximum campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to aid in the sales process.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok advertising.
  • Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Performance-driven, high analytical, strong commercial mindset with organizational and project management skills.
