Job Title: Head of Social Media

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Social Media to join our team at The Female Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to empower women and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
  • Collaborate with our content team to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our strategy and optimize our content.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and ambassadors to amplify our reach and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
