About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Call Centre team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Client Services Voice team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our leading investment clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming telephone queries from a wide range of callers, including clients, IFAs, investors, and other financial institutions.
  • Accept account servicing questions and take appropriate action, whether to request investigations, provide portfolio valuations, or update customer account details.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our business processes and procedures, as well as our investment products, such as ISAs, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts, and OEICs.
  • Participate in comprehensive training, which includes classroom-based and on-the-phone training, to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to learn how to respond to complex customer queries.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently when required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Empathy towards our clients' needs.
  • A keenness to make a career in the financial services industry.
