Infrastructure Group

We deploy long-term capital through direct and fund investments across the capital structure to diversify our portfolio. Our focus is on infrastructure non-investment grade debt, where we invest in companies with stable and predictable cash flows, long-term inflation protection, and reasonable risk-adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Underwrite, model, and execute infrastructure credit transactions in the junior and mezzanine space.
  • Support the preparation of deal memos for submission to senior investment staff and the credit committee.
  • Participate in deal teams, including involvement in deal screening, structuring, and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings.
  • Interact with banks, advisors, management, and investors on a regular basis.
  • Support the management of fund commitments and co-investment opportunities.
  • Support asset management of existing and future infrastructure credit investments.

Requirements

  • Strong intellect with excellent quantitative, financial, and analytical skills.
  • C. 2-3 years of work experience, with a considerable time focusing on infrastructure finance and/or advisory.
  • Experience committing debt capital as a principal, including preparing and defending investment papers.
  • Analytically rigorous with understanding of the fundamentals of different infrastructure sectors and loan structures.
  • Ability to perform complex financial modeling in Excel.
  • Experience in the European debt markets, with an understanding of/experience in the US and Emerging Markets.
  • A team player with excellent communication and numerical skills.
