About the Role

We are working with a leading Boutique Investment Bank in London to hire an Associate into their Infrastructure Debt Advisory team.

This team covers a variety of sectors across the UK and European market, including Transportation, Regulated & Unregulated Utilities, Energy & Power, Telecoms, Hybrid, and Social Infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will have experience across either Project/Structured Finance or Debt Advisory within the Infrastructure/Energy sectors within a leading Bank or Advisory firm.

Strong process management and modelling skills are required.

In this role, there will also be capacity to support the wider team working on Infrastructure M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of infrastructure projects and transactions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support deal execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of client relationships and business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project/Structured Finance or Debt Advisory within the Infrastructure/Energy sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
