Job Title: Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one sessions to students outside of mainstream school, developing and delivering lesson plans tailored to individual needs, and communicating effectively with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans to cater to diverse student needs
  • Provide personalized support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with students, parents, and educators to ensure seamless communication and progress tracking
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education
Requirements:
  • Strong subject knowledge in relevant areas, with a passion for teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse student needs
  • Patience, empathy, and a growth mindset, with a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Valid qualifications and training in education, with a focus on student-centered approaches
