Job Summary

Warwick Employment Group (WEG) is seeking an experienced Behaviour Analyst to support the services strategy and assist in the delivery of high-quality care to all adult learners and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the programme of staff training, development and succession planning to ensure highly effective delivery across job roles at the centre.
  • Embed the practice of behaviour analysis and positive behaviour support across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to drive the services strategy and improve outcomes for adult learners and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour support plans to meet the needs of adult learners.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of behaviour support plans and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Proven experience in behaviour analysis and positive behaviour support.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and staff.
