**About the Role**
Alexander Steele Recruitment is delighted to be working with a market-leading UK-based FMCG business to find a Product Development Lead to join their growing team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyse and provide meaningful data and insights around new and existing product performance trends.
* Ensure the company can make informed decisions to stay ahead of the curve by providing full awareness of data trends to enable continued sales growth.
* Manage product portfolio control by obtaining sales, product, and performance data from various sources.
* Use initiative, insight, and feedback received from the business to help shape the product portfolio control.
* Produce and maintain competitor analysis reports for online industry competition and present them to management as required.
* Ensure all product-related data is up to date and presented on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual recurring basis via relevant dashboards.
**Requirements**
* A creative problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to interpret and understand data requirements from different areas of the business.
