**About the Role**
Alexander Steele Recruitment is seeking a Product Development Lead to join a market-leading UK-based FMCG business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analysing and providing meaningful data and insights around new and existing product performance trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyse sales, product, and performance data from various sources to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain competitor analysis reports for online industry competition
* Present findings to management as required
* Ensure all product-related data is up-to-date and presented on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis via relevant dashboards
**Requirements**
* A creative problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
* Ability to interpret and understand data requirements from different areas of the business
