About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Advisor at Village Hotels - Warrington Office. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries in a timely, confident, and professional manner, displaying a clear and comprehensive knowledge of our hotels, their facilities, and details.
  • Sales and Upselling: Take every opportunity to upsell and refer business to our guests, ensuring that all revenue opportunities are maximised.
  • Communication and Record-Keeping: Ensure that all communication is recorded effectively, and relevant stakeholders are advised of action required.
  • Problem-Solving and Escalation: Support with the resolution of complaints and issues, politely and swiftly ensuring that customers are fully communicated with on the steps to be taken and time scales.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills across all channels, with the ability to build and maintain close internal working relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Be passionate about becoming a product expert, actively acquiring knowledge about our company and products.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to different work types and handle objections and negotiate with confidence.
  • Teamwork and Morale: Contribute to a high-morale team environment, with excellent inter-departmental communication and co-operation.
