MPL SEARCH is a prominent Global Executive Search and Recruitment firm, recognized for its exceptional Legal Recruitment division. Our team specializes in sourcing talent for various roles, including Associate, Partner, C-Level, and General Counsel positions across Private Practice and In-House sectors, serving clients in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Asia, and the USA.

We provide comprehensive training directly from a Director, ensuring a well-defined and structured career trajectory from Associate Headhunter to Consultant and beyond.

We are seeking Law Graduates, whether you have recently completed your degree or have prior experience in legal roles (such as Paralegal or Newly Qualified) or other professions, and are now looking for your first full-time career opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be polished, articulate, and possess excellent written communication skills.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in the legal field, who are ambitious and see Headhunting as a long-term career path.
