This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a renowned global organization within the Business Transformation Office (BTO), dedicated to executing pivotal projects centered on transformation, innovation, and organizational change.
The selected candidate will be tasked with establishing a robust project management framework and governance protocols to ensure project compliance and success.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- A degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, particularly in complex, multi-faceted programs.
- Familiarity with project management tools, idea management software, and the successful application of project management methodologies within an organization.
- A creative mindset with the ability to identify innovative opportunities and translate them into strategic initiatives or new business ventures.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and suppliers to oversee projects from initiation to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of executive and senior stakeholders to influence and constructively challenge when necessary.
- Proficient in presenting concise and accurate information visually, preparing presentations for management review.
- Competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Outlook, Teams, Notes, OneDrive, SharePoint, and knowledge of Copilot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the PMO to oversee multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities and complexities across different countries, divisions, and stakeholders.
- Promote best practices in project management by identifying and implementing effective project processes, governance, and tools.
- Assist the Digital Transformation & Innovation Department Manager in the development of innovative initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, collaborating with the Business Transformation Office to convert these insights into new business offerings.
- Work closely with Research & Development teams to prioritize new initiatives and explore how these can transform standard business operations.
- Support Project & Programme Leads within the Business Transformation Office with all project-related activities.
- Provide training and support on project tools, frameworks, templates, and operational methodologies.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and presentation materials for the BTO team for senior evaluation meetings and organizational Townhalls.
- Facilitate timely decision-making by organizing project meetings, ensuring the appropriate stakeholders and suppliers are present, and documenting and following up on meeting minutes.
