We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Kew Nursery, located within a primary school environment. Our nursery is conveniently accessible and offers free parking nearby.

Our nursery, which accommodates 66 children, is proudly rated 'Good' by Ofsted and features vibrant, well-designed rooms for each age group. Additionally, we provide an excellent outdoor area for children to explore, complete with a sandpit and climbing frame.

What you'll be doing

  • Design, implement, and evaluate engaging activities tailored to each of your key children, fostering their development towards key milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents and caregivers
  • Ensure child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment

What we're looking for

  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working with children (ideally as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar)
  • A passion for making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child
  • Ability to establish trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Proficiency in using various communication techniques with both children and adults
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and relevant legislative requirements for working with children
