Position Overview

Executive Connect LTD is excited to present an opportunity for a Permanent Early Years Educator. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to become a part of our nurturing team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Early Years Educator, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their holistic development.

  • Engage in Developmental Activities: Implement stimulating activities that cater to various aspects of children's growth, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Build Trusting Relationships: Establish strong connections with children, promoting their emotional and social well-being.
  • Support Daily Routines: Assist with essential routines such as nappy changing and mealtimes, prioritizing children's comfort and health.
  • Monitor Progress: Observe and record children's development, maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians.
  • Ensure Safety and Cleanliness: Contribute to a safe and hygienic environment, complying with all safeguarding protocols.
  • Participate in Professional Development: Engage in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a childcare setting.
  • A current DBS on the Update Service.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational journey.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A patient, caring demeanor, dedicated to addressing each child's unique needs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A willingness to pursue relevant training and development opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from £12 to £13, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
