Pure Care Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for Lead Care Support Specialists to join a newly established, upscale Care Home.
This modern Residential Care Home focuses on providing exceptional care for the elderly and those living with dementia.
As part of a well-respected charity that manages various Nursing and Residential Care Homes throughout the UK, this role offers excellent prospects for career advancement and personal growth.
In the position of Lead Care Support Specialist, you will be expected to set a positive example and provide effective leadership to the care team.
The Care Home is looking for committed Lead Care Support Specialists or Senior Support Workers, ideally with prior experience in a care home setting, to join their dedicated team on permanent contracts. With an increase in resident numbers, there is a growing need for additional staff.
Both full-time and part-time permanent roles are available for both Day and Night shifts, offering a competitive rate of £21 per hour, inclusive of paid breaks.
Preferred qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and candidates should be trained in medication administration.
Key Responsibilities of the Lead Care Support Specialist:
- Oversee and engage in the delivery of resident care, ensuring it is tailored to individual needs and meets the highest standards.
- Provide guidance and support to fellow care assistants.
- Regularly update and assess care plans.
- Lead shifts effectively.
