Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management support to our operations team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management support to the operations team, including planning, execution, and close-out of projects.
- Manage vendor relationships, project approvals, contract initiation, budget monitoring, and control.
- Facilitate annual business planning and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure portfolio alignment.
- Track projects and associated budgets and milestones from initiation through project close-out.
- Monitor and drive conformance to plan, ensuring quality and compliance deliverables are met.
Requirements
- Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of drug development processes in specific therapeutic areas.
- Previous experience with or knowledge of Planisware, SAP, or equivalent.
- Practical experience performing project management for a cross-functional project.
